The training methodology followed by Novatro IT Academy is composed of the steps below:

• Before Training tests: Novatro IT Academy provides before training tests i order to measure the level of knowledge and expertise of students for both corporate and individual students.
• Training: Novatro, advises classroom, distance or blended forms of training&learning to its corporate or individual students, according to their needs and results of before training tests. For students with insufficient English knowledge, an English preparation course is advised.
• Evaluation: Novatro, evaluatesboth students and trainers with after training student tests, quizes, homeworks and training evaluation forms.
• Support after training: Students who complete training programmes in Novatro IT Academy can continue to be a member of Novatro student portal in order tor each up-to-date training contents, attend free seminars, webinars and be in touch with IT industry.

Classroom Training

Traditional classroom training method: Training and laboratory exercises and workshops led by trainers, also supported by web based resources. Our individual clients, who are registered for certification programmes, are provided with a Student Handbook during registration. Novatro IT Academy also provides e-book and electrnic support for students for 6 months after training. The e-documents are upgraded periodically so that students are able to reach the most up-to-date versions.
